Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was mixed. The rooms, while comfortable, lack privacy due to the impractical frosted glass sliding door of the toilet. The location in the vibrant Salamanca neighborhood was excellent, but the noise from the connected restaurant could be disturbing. The service was friendly but occasionally unhelpful. Dining options were decent, albeit influenced by current circumstances.
The hotel is located in the superb Salamanca neighborhood in Madrid, close to wonderful shops and restaurants. The rooms are super clean and well designed, offering a cozy atmosphere; however, the see-through shower in the middle of the room lacks privacy. The service is wonderfully friendly and fun, though not overly professional. Dining is a la carte with good quality products but limited options. Overall, a great value for the money with some minor room design quirks.
The hotel is located in a prime spot in the Salamanca area of Madrid, close to many quality restaurants and underground transportation. The rooms, although taking over 2 hours to arrive, were cozy but had a bathroom layout with no separation, making it feel cramped at times. The service was friendly, although variable in quality. The dining experience was delicious but lacked some vegan dishes. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring the city's attractions.
The hotel has small rooms with a good view onto the streets of Salamanca. Despite the rooms being a little on the small side and having less natural light, the location is fantastic and very central. The service, especially by the waitress, is excellent. The dining options are attractive, but the location is a little on the small side for shoppers. The hotel could use service improvements to enhance the overall experience.
